How long will your order take?
Once your decant is carefully prepared and ready for dispatch, we use Australia Post for all our deliveries. For standard parcel delivery from Sydney, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 6 business days for both interstate and intrastate destinations. If you choose our Express Post option, your order should reach you much faster, typically within 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping costs explained
We offer straightforward shipping rates to make your experience as easy as possible. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $7.50. If you're looking for a faster delivery, Express Post is available for $15.00. Good news, if your order totals over $89.99, you'll receive free standard shipping! Please note that the Express Post fee will still apply if you wish to upgrade your free shipping to express.
Returns and damaged orders
Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges on orders. All sales are final. We meticulously inspect every decant before it's shipped to ensure quality.
